Terms of Service
Effective October 18, 2026
These terms cover the use of vigofm.com, the Vigo app and Vigo's work order links and dispatch messages, provided by Vigo, a facilities maintenance work-order and dispatch service based in Houston, Texas.
The service
Vigo manages facilities maintenance work orders for its clients and dispatches them to the contractors and vendors it hires. Staff accounts are for authorized users only. Vendors use the private work order link sent to them to view a job, check in and out, and upload photos, invoices and notes.
Acceptable use
Use the service only for legitimate work on the jobs assigned to you. Do not share work order links outside your crew, upload unlawful or unrelated content, or try to access work orders or data that are not yours. We may revoke links or access at any time.
Work and payment
The scope, pricing, not-to-exceed amounts and payment for any job are governed by the agreement between Vigo and the client or vendor involved, not by these website terms.
SMS terms — Vigo Dispatch Alerts
- Program name: Vigo Dispatch Alerts.
- Description: transactional text messages to Vigo's vendors and contractors about work orders dispatched to them, for example a new job with its location and a link to the work order. Vendors opt in by providing their mobile number when they are onboarded as a Vigo vendor. No marketing messages are sent.
- Message frequency varies with the number of jobs dispatched to you.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You will get one confirmation message and no further messages unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, or contact dispatch@vigofm.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Disclaimers
The website and app are provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, Vigo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website, app or messages.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the effective date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
