About Vigo

Vigo is a facilities maintenance work-order management and dispatch service based in Houston, Texas (Cypress area), run by Omir Mohammed.

Our clients send us maintenance requests for their locations, such as plumbing, HVAC, electrical, doors, landscaping and general repairs. We create a work order for each request, dispatch it to a contractor or vendor we hire, follow the job through check-in, completion photos and invoicing, and keep the client updated along the way.

Vendors receive work orders by email and by text message from “Vigo Dispatch Alerts”. Each message links to that one work order, where the vendor can see the scope and address, check in and out, and upload photos and invoices.
